Development and utilization of an equity policy lens used by policy makers to ensure equitable implementation from the beginning of the process. 

As a public servant executive I have designed, implemented, and evaluated  programs related to innovative case management, workforce development, dual diagnosis capacity building, clinical supports, quality assurance, and self directed services.

Expert at developing policies and procedures that are compliant with state and federal regulations including but not limited to Home and Community Bases Services (HCBS), case management-monitoring/case notes, competitive integrated employment, and person centered planning. 

Implementation of a best practice framework to not only strengthen person planning with people supported but also ensuring teams have what they need to be successful. 

Presenter at Multiple conferences such as  Oregon's Case Management Conference on innovative case management and the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS)  specific to workforce development, person centered planning, supports for people with intellectual disabilities, and mental health support needs, and allyship. 

"Nothing about me, without me" Regular engagement with people receiving services, their families, partners, families and other state, federal, or local partners ensuring access to person centered services.
