I have over 24 years of experience working in the I/DD space as a direct support professional, case manager, non-profit leader, and senior level public servant in both county and state government. I am a true collaborator believing that consensus is the best path forward. My expertise is in Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) design, implementation and evaluation at both the local, state, and federal level. My passion is helping agencies create a culture of radical person centeredness.
